Shipping policy
KROM is currently working with three 3PL warehouses around the world.
1. Europe (Denmark)
2. United States (Connecticut)
3. China
From our warehouse in Europe we ship to ALL countries around the globe (except war zones).
From our warehouse i the United States we ship to North American customers based in either the US or Canada.
From our warehouse in China we ship to ALL countries in the world and mainly with air express couriers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within maximum two business days from the order was placed on our website regardless of which warehouse location orders will be dispatched from. Estimated delivery times from our warehouse forwarders are listed below.

3-6 business days (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Check Republic, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, UK) - 4-6 business days (Canary Islands, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Monaco, Northern Ireland, Norway)
- 5-10 business days (United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia)
- 6-10 business days (Asia, Africa, South America, Oceania, Russia)
- 6-10 business days (All countries and destinations which are not listed above)
US warehouse
Depends on the geographical location and chosen shipping method.
CN warehouse
Depends on the geographical location and chosen shipping method.
From time to time we're experiencing a high volume of orders which can cause warehouse fulfilment delays.
Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes, or inclement weather etc.) may impact the estimated and actual delivery of your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via the carriers website. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update depending on the carrier.
Customs, Import & Fees
KROM is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
