RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
- Our Return & Exchange policy is 14 days from order received.
- All shipping expenses for returns shall be covered by the sender.
- We do not offer returns and refunds on products bought on sale at a discounted price.
- All products returned to our warehouse need to be unused, in their original packaging and without any damage to the product or packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as soon as our warehouse confirmed and approved the product and packaging conditions, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method when you placed your order on our website.
Late or missing refunds
Depending on your card issuer or/and bank connection, the speed of receiving your refund can vary. Contact your card issuer or/and bank for more information if you think your refund has been too long to arrive.
As soon as you have received an email from KROM about your refund being confirmed, processed or/and pending, we (KROM) have done what we could possibly do and you'd have to be patient or contact your card issuer or/and bank for futher information.
